You will work directly with Principals and GPs across sourcing, diligence, portfolio support, and firm-building, with ownership from day one.

You'll run first-pass screens, build financial models, draft investment memos, and help refine our systems and AI tooling as we scale a new firm in healthcare, life sciences, and regulated

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of venture capital or related roles
• Experience in enterprise software/technology preferred
• Strong academic and professional track-record

Responsibilities

• Drive deal sourcing, network building, and screening
• Lead due diligence and deal execution
• Build and strengthen the operations and technology stack
• Draft investment memos and develop investment theses
