Job summary

Versona is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager to join its team in Odessa, TX, overseeing store operations, merchandising, staffing, and customer service.

You will help manage expenses, drive sales, and supervise personnel to maintain a high-quality shopping environment. Prior multi-store experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store management experience required.
• Multi-store management experience preferred.
