Waites in the Queensgate area of Cincinnati is hiring a Production Warehouse Associate. The role involves assembling sensor technology products, managing inventory, and ensuring quality before shipment.

You will handle shipping preparation, warehouse organization, data entry, and customer-focused tasks while supporting multiple roles within warehouse operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in warehousing, shipping, or production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehousing, shipping/receiving, or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: assist with production of sensor technology products, including small electronics and components for the Waites system.
• Inventory Management: receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock; maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and product locations.
• Quality Control: inspect products for defects and damages before shipping; ensure items meet quality standards.
• Shipping Preparation: assemble containers and secure merchandise for transport.
• Warehouse Organization: keep the warehouse clean and organized; optimize space and efficiency.
• Data Entry: enter corrections and updates into inventory management systems as needed.
• Customer Delight: deliver exceptional service internally and externally; strengthen team morale.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
