Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Generalist to fill multiple roles across the warehouse, including selector, dock worker, forklift operator, and porter. You will perform duties of warehouse workers, clerks, and forklift operators, selecting and stacking products, wrapping pallets, and loading trailers.

The role requires operating pallet jacks and power equipment, maintaining safety, meeting productivity targets, and being able to work overtime to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Attendance and general equivalency diploma requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates initiative, productivity, quality, safety, and values.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to multiple warehouse roles.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Warehouse Worker and Warehouse Clerk.
• Utilize order picker to fill customer orders and replenish pick slots.
• Build and wrap pallets for loading; ensure proper stacking and labeling.
• Operate electric pallet jack to load pallets onto delivery trucks.
• Record daily actions using RF terminal and paper pick sheets.
• Perform duties of a Forklift Operator handling pallets up to 46 ft high.
• Move and stock cases, and assist in other departments as needed.
• Attend to end-of-shift duties and overtime as required.
