Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a warehouse associate who works across multiple departments in a distribution center, handling tasks from picking and packing to receiving and replenishment. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility and assist with loading orders for customer delivery.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED (or equivalent) and typically 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Specialized training or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Uses material handling equipment to locate and deliver products to designated areas.
• Assists with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verifies quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Uses packing list information to collect items for customer orders and builds pallets.
• Inspects stock for wear/defects and notifies management of issues.
• Returns misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintains a clean working environment following safety policies.
• Performs inventory control functions as needed.
