Job summary

HD Supply works across multiple departments in a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, and replenishment. The associate operates material handling equipment to move inventory and support efficient fulfillment.

Responsibilities include staging orders, loading trucks, inspecting incoming goods, and ensuring item accuracy. A strong focus on safety, quality, and organized storage is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products and notify management of issues.
• Build and wrap pallets for customer orders and prepare items for shipment.
• Inspect stock for wear/defects and return misplaced products to proper storage.
