Job summary

Vault Solutions is seeking a dependable Utility Associate to support our 3PL warehouse, production, and facilities operations in West Deptford, NJ. This hands-on, multi-skilled role offers cross-training across logistics, production, and maintenance and requires safety-conscious teamwork.

You will pick and pack outbound orders, assist with loading, help with bottling/packaging tasks for related production, and perform general grounds and building upkeep while following OSHA procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Read labels and packing lists; perform basic counting and math.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to shift between tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• 3PL tasks: pick/pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Move materials: loading, bottling, labeling, and packaging for related production.
• Facility duties: general upkeep, grounds work, and event setup.
• Maintain safety: follow OSHA procedures and report hazards.
