United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Utility Technician to support our fleet operations. The role involves driving various trucks, servicing portable restrooms and holding tanks, and coordinating with dispatch on daily routes.

The candidate should have at least two years of commercial driving experience and hold a CDL or non-commercial license. Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily pre-shift & post-shift vehicle inspections and reports deficiencies.
• Reports improper operation, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions to Operations Manager.
• Operates service truck to and from pre-designated work sites based on routing information.
• Serves portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, showers, etc., at various sites following servicing guidelines.
• Notifies management of issues on back-up routes assigned.
• Maintains radio/phone contact with dispatch for instructions and location changes.
• Maintains truck logs according to state and federal regulations.
• Follows all established safety rules and regulations.
• Operates flat bed trucks to deliver or pick-up portable restroom units, sinks, holding tanks or containers.
• Operates fence truck to deliver or pick-up fence materials.
• Leads on fence jobs where a crew is assigned to the job/truck.
• Operates tanker/transfer truck and completes required paperwork as needed.
• Participates in special projects as assigned by management.
