Divided Sky Foundation seeks a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Specialist to perform upkeep, minor repairs, and general maintenance of our facilities. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC tasks, with attention to safety and independent work capability.

The position is part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and no benefits. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work year-round in indoor/outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in basic trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools for general repairs.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work independenty with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Performs semiskilled duties in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering.
• Maintains property, including minor landscaping, and assists with special projects.
• Ensures tools and equipment are kept organized and safely stored.
• Inspects premises for issues and reports major structural or system failures.
