Job summary

ZenSource is seeking a versatile Marketing Copywriter to develop content across email, website, SEO, social media, blogs, and case studies for our US clients. You’ll move between formats, brief-driven work, and adapt tone to different audiences.

The role is contract-based and not currently full-time. Compensation is hourly at $35–$55, based on portfolio strength and experience; we value flexibility and collaboration and aim to build a long-term working relationship.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional writing experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to write for different audiences and formats.
• Curiosity and initiative when approaching unfamiliar subjects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort receiving feedback and iterating on work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content across channels and formats, including: Email, Website, SEO, Social media, Blogs and articles, Thought leadership, Case studies, Event marketing, Sales collateral.
• Turn strategic briefs into clear, engaging copy.
• Ask questions and gather missing information when project inputs are incomplete.
• Collaborate with strategists, subject matter experts, designers, and leadership.
• Revise content based on feedback and editorial review.
• Adapt writing to different formats and industry audiences.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and project goals.
