Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical roles preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and communicate effectively.
• Comfort working as part of a team and adapting to flexible duties as production needs change.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and move between workstations safely.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control Support: Inspect components and finished units for defects; conduct functional tests; document issues.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues; collaborate with technicians; perform rework and adjustments.
• Final Assembly Assistance: Support final assembly, follow instructions, verify accuracy against specs.
• Cross-Functional Flexibility: Move between QC, repairs, and assembly as production demands change.
