The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with forklift operation, attention to quality, and a commitment to safety. You will collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of rubberized hair cushion production.
• Assist with foam dunnage production and metal fabrication as needed.
• Retrieve steel molds and return to inventory after use.
• Trim, weigh, label, bag and package finished cushions.
• Operate forklift to move materials and products safely.
• Conduct peer inspections to ensure quality of in‑process goods.
• Meet production deadlines by managing time and priorities.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
