Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven professional experience as a carpenter, craftsman, or handyman.
• Knowledge of at least three core trade areas, e.g., carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, basic plumbing or electrical.
• Own a truck or van suitable for transporting tools and materials.
• Own standard set of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and provide great service.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of residential projects including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, flooring, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Document completed jobs and track materials using a digital system.
• Manage small-to-medium complex projects with independence.
