Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an installer to handle insulation installation and related products at customer sites. You will follow work orders, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage daily loading of materials and tools for field jobs.

The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with local travel and occasional out-of-town trips. Health, retirement, and other benefits are provided, along with paid time off and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license for company travel.
• Local travel required; occasional out-of-town travel as needed.
• Physical: standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install company products per job order, safety and quality guidelines.
• Review daily schedule and load truck with products and tools.
• Perform vehicle and job site safety inspections.
• Unload and stage materials at the job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
