Qualifications
- Proven experience as Carpenter/ Craftsman/ Handyman.
- Strong knowledge across multiple trades including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, basic plumbing and basic electrical.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of residential repairs and maintenance.
- Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Install fixtures, doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry items.
- Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the best solutions.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work efficiently while upholding high quality standards.
