House Doctors of North Charlotte is seeking highly organized and customer-centric individuals for handyman and home improvement work in the Huntersville area. Prior handyman experience is a plus, but not required; basic construction skills are necessary.

You will join a fast-growing team delivering repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and painting. We offer paid training, tools and uniforms, mentorship, and a supportive team culture with regular events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of labor or customer service experience.
• Hands on knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry.
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems.
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service.
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable.
• Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise
