Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Omaha seeks an hourly team member to support dining room service. You may perform food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook duties as needed, ensuring guests have what they require and that sanitation standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Food service environment experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refill drinks and respond to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and staff.
• Prepares dining room by cleaning tables and chairs and resets as needed.
• Washes dishes, pots and pans, stocks the dish area, and maintains cleanliness.
• Assists with prep and line cook duties as directed by management.
