Bevela and Sikkens Center Van Eijk are seeking a customer-focused Commercial Inside Sales Associate for our Volendam location. You will assist customers with advice and sales, handle orders and maintain stock, while ensuring accurate records and a welcoming store environment.

We value an MBO level background, experience in a similar back-office role, and a proactive, flexible team player who communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• MBO level work and thinking.
• Experience in a similar back-office/binnendienst role, preferably at a wholesaler.
• Commercial experience or strong affinity with painting or construction sectors.
• Flexible, willing to work across multiple locations.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Customer- and results-oriented.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise and sell from the branch.
• Handle orders and cashier duties.
• Maintain stock and perform stock checks.
• Keep product knowledge up to date via courses.
• Keep the branch tidy and orderly.
• Coordinate with field-sales colleagues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data.
• Collaborate with other branches as needed.
