Tarrant County in Fort Worth is seeking a meticulous records clerk to ensure accuracy of data entered into the case management system by court clerks and through electronic submission. You will verify scanned documents are clear, ensure all pages are accounted for, and run daily reports.
You will maintain inventories, prepare spreadsheets for quality control, assist walk-in customers, handle cash receipts, and support Secure Attorney Access setup.

Ensures all documents are scanned into the case management system, images are clear and legible, and all pages within a document are accounted for. Run daily reports to ensure all data from previous workday is accounted for. Maintains spreadsheet for Probate, County Courts at Law and Mental Health case jacket inventory purposes, both onsite and offsite locations.
