Job summary

Chief's on Broadway is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the six-story venue in downtown Nashville. The role supports a fast-paced hospitality environment and requires reliable, detail-oriented team players.

You'll perform cleaning tasks, restrooms upkeep, equipment care, and ensure safe pathways while adhering to safety standards and scheduling flexibility.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently.
• Ability to take direction, and communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue cleanliness which includes sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning walls, windows and mirrors.
• Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms.
• Ensure all light fixtures are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Empty and properly dispose of all garbage, ensure cleanliness of all trash bins and containers.
• Maintain clear paths for all fire exits in compliance with local regulations.
• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform.
• Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Perform other reasonably assigned duties as per business needs and/or assigned by management
