Job summary

VC Stack is seeking an Innovation and Venture Director in Chicago to lead and coordinate event programming aimed at driving growth in the local venture ecosystem. The role involves managing flagship events, refining strategic goals, and engaging with corporate sponsors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in event production and program management, along with a strong understanding of Chicago's tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event production, program management, and/or partnership development.
• Familiarity with Chicago’s tech ecosystem and venture capital community is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, logistics, and execution of flagship events.
• Develop and refine strategic goals for Startup Chicago program.
• Build relationships with corporate sponsors and stakeholders.
