Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of prospective investments through financial modeling, business analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Assist in due diligence activities, including reviewing data rooms, analyzing industry dynamics, and preparing investment memos.
• Conduct market research, including landscape studies and trend analyses across the semiconductor ecosystem and emerging AI technologies.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal leadership to support investment recommendations.
• Contribute to deal sourcing by identifying high-potential AI startups and engaging with founders.
