The role offers hybrid work in Indiana with collaboration across the Investment Team to monitor and grow portfolio companies, conduct market analysis, and contribute to IC discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling experience required.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in VC/consulting/investment banking preferred.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, investments, or startups.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Market research and data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Support due diligence and transaction administration; prepare due diligence reports and investment recommendations.
• Develop and present company-specific due diligence findings to the Investment Team and IC.
• Provide financial, quantitative, and valuation analyses for new opportunities and existing investments.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting and ensure compliance with Elevate's reporting requirements.
