Formación

• Strong financial modeling and enterprise valuation skills.
• Deep understanding of software business models.
• Familiar with term sheets and key legal deal terms.

Responsabilidades

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate early- and growth-stage software companies
• Investment Analysis: Financial modeling, market research, and valuation work
• Due Diligence: Support and lead commercial diligence processes
• Portfolio Value Creation: Work with portfolio companies on strategy, finance, sales, and GTM
• Exits: Assist with exit planning and execution
