Job summary

Crossover VC, a San Francisco Bay Area-based hybrid role, seeks an Investment Analyst to build data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools that support investment and operations. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and teams across our fund portfolio, surface insights by structuring proprietary data with external sources, and help guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection, ingestion, and quality from funds, portfolio companies, and financings.
• Own and improve proprietary datasets and internal systems including Airtable and AI workflows.
• Analyze fund and company data to identify trends and opportunities; integrate external data.
• Develop QA checks and automation to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
• Help build AI-enabled tools for investment research and portfolio monitoring.
• Support diligence through research, data collection, and analysis.
• Maintain accurate investment records and portfolio data.
• Monitor funds and portfolio activity and capture important information in systems.
• Support special projects related to fund evaluation and portfolio construction.
