Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• Previous ICU, Critical Care, Step-Down, LTACH, or Ventilator Unit experience is necessary.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for residents requiring mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Accurately document nursing care in medical records.
