Job summary

Starr in New York seeks a detail-oriented Vendor Services Specialist to join the Procurement Department. You will participate in evaluating vendor partners, onboarding vendors, and reviewing employee expense reports to support a streamlined risk assessment framework.

You will help implement new procedures and technology, monitor spend trends, assist training, and act as a centralized helpdesk for T&E queries, ensuring timely expense reporting and strong internal stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a vendor services role or similar procurement support.
• Experience with expense reporting and T&E policies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Concur and Workday Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor verification and onboarding processes.
• Review employee expense reports for compliance with T&E policy.
• Support deployment of improved procedures and training within Vendor Services.
• Serve as centralized helpdesk for end user T&E queries.
