Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence of vendors, facilitate contract reviews, and prepare materials for regulatory examinations and board reporting.
• Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence reviews for third-party vendors.
• Review financial statements, SOC reports, cybersecurity assessments, business continuity plans, and insurance coverage.
• Assess vendor risks related to operational, compliance, reputational, strategic, and information security concerns.
• Identify and escalate concerns or gaps.
• Track completion of ongoing monitoring requirements and due diligence reviews.
