Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Vendor Management Manager to lead third-party risk, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. You will coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, IT, Legal, and business owners to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.

This full-time, on-site role requires guiding vendor onboarding, renewals, and termination, developing risk ratings, and presenting findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in financial services or risk management.
• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• Experience with vendor management platforms and processes.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party risk and due diligence processes.
• Perform risk assessments for current and prospective vendors.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, renewal, and termination.
• Prepare reports and present findings to Risk Manager.
• Supervise Vendor Management staff and coordinate with stakeholders.
