The role focuses on engagement, performance monitoring, and risk identification to ensure reliable support across divisions.

Required: a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of vendor management experience; strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related vendor management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key vendor relationships across an assigned portfolio.
• Develop and support vendor engagement strategies.
• Build partnerships with vendors providing specialized services.
• Assess vendor capabilities and align with evolving business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with vendor contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a contact for vendor discussions, planning and management.
• Monitor vendor network health and efficiency.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen support.
• Collaborate with internal teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions as needed.
• Support vendor growth and expansion initiatives.
