Job summary

First American GO Title division seeks a Vendor Relationship Manager to develop, manage, and optimize a network of vendor providers supporting business operations and strategic initiatives. This role acts as the main contact for vendor relationships and ensures capabilities meet organizational needs.

You will monitor vendor health, identify risks, and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement while aligning with First American's values of inclusion and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong negotiation, influence and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Operating with a degree of independence, this position focuses on building productive partnerships, supporting business objectives, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the vendor network. Manage key vendor relationships across an assigned portfolio of external service providers.
