*This position is required to come into the office at least 3 days a week*The Specialist, Vendor Performance Management at T-Mobile is responsible for managing communications and coordination of key activities between T-Mobile and its vendors, enhancing interactions and transactions. This role implements a structured framework for vendor management, ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations, performance metrics, and service standards. In addition to strengthening business relationships and driving operational excellence, this role places a strong emphasis on data‑driven decision‑making. The Specialist leverages analytics to monitor vendor performance, identify trends, and optimize value delivery. By developing performance dashboards, conducting deep‑ dive analyses, and applying predictive models, the Specialist plays a critical role in improving service quality, financial outcomes, and vendor alignment with T-Mobile’s strategic objectives. Working closely with internal teams and leadership, the Specialist supports contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and cost optimization through robust quantitative analysis and supplier management best practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring that T-Mobile’s vendor ecosystem operates efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with business priorities.

Frisco, TX: $76,600 – $103,700
Base Pay Range: $66,300 – $119,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
