RiseMe is seeking a Vendor Order Team Lead to oversee processing of vendor orders such as flood determinations, title work, and environmental assessments for loan documentation. You will coordinate staff workflow, ensure timely updates to lending teams, and maintain documentation accuracy.
You will also train new hires, manage scheduling, and serve as the primary vendor liaison to resolve discrepancies, while maintaining compliance with BSA/AML training and bank policies.
The Vendor Order Specialist Team Lead will serve as point of contact and support for processing vendor orders such as flood determinations, title work, environmental assessments, etc. on behalf of the bank's lending staff. This position will also serve as primary contact for vendors to resolve discrepancies and related issues with orders. The team lead position will assist in the development of training for the new hires. The team lead will manage workflow and rotations daily.

Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
