Job description

• This person will check the work of liaisons and supervisors and coach on improvement.
• Look at process-here is what is supposed to be happening Is it happening and document.
• Audit or relatable experience is a must
• Operational and contract auditing experience
• Must have good tenure—employment longevity

Responsibilities

• Determine if process being followed
• Document
• Audit
• Identify an audit trail
• Compliance audits not IT compliance
• Multi-unit management
• # of vendors auditing checking the checkers—15 vendors; 10-12 vendors will take majority of time
• Check the work of liaisons and supervisors and coach on improvement (supervisors and liaisons coach and work with the vendors)
