Job summary

The NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) at Naval Base Kitsap, WA is seeking a Vending Warehouse Worker to support backroom operations for the Navy Exchange vending team. You will receive, store, and stock merchandise, manage loading, and contribute to on-time deliveries to service members and families.

You’ll work in a federal environment with comprehensive benefits starting day one, including medical, vision, dental, a pension plan, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license or CDL required.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Ability to pass background checks needed for area of responsibility (e.g., security clearance).
• Pass the GSA defensive driving course.

Responsibilities

• Unloads vehicles and checks incoming shipments for spoilage or damage.
• Receives invoices and verifies items and quantities received.
• Pulls product and stages loading for vending trucks and routes.
• Conducts monthly inventory of merchandise and supplies.
• Operates motor vehicle in performance of duties.
