Role Description

The Vending Routeperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton Township, NJ. This position is responsible for visiting assigned locations to restock vending machines,and related equipment with products and supplies. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and securing cash, performing basic equipment checks, cleaning machines and surrounding areas, and documenting inventory levels and service needs. The role involves driving a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle along an established route, loading and unloading products, and communicating with customers or site contacts regarding service issues or product requests. The Vending Routeperson is expected to follow safety guidelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the service team to report any technical problems with machines. Qualifications

• Ability to manage a daily route schedule, prioritize stops, and maintain accurate inventory and cash collection records.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor vending and amusement machine issues and reporting complex problems to technicians.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact respectfully with clients, site contacts, and team members.
• Physical capability to lift and move product cases, load and unload vehicles, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliability in following assigned routes and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and dependability in handling cash, securing funds, and maintaining clean, organized machines and vehicles.
• Previous experience in vending, route delivery, retail, or field service is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn company procedures and product lines is essential.
