Job summary

Collectivus Holdings in Garland, TX is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate - Vending to manage assigned vending routes, replenish stock, and maintain machine uptime to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires discipline, attention to detail and strong communication as you handle inventory records, venue relationships, basic field repairs, safety compliance, and regular scheduling from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years of experience in route operations, merchandising, vending, or related fields preferred.
• Strong computer and mobile technology skills for inventory tracking and route management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently on daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Execute service routes and maintain replenishment cadence across locations.
• Restock vending machines based on inventory needs and sales performance.
• Monitor stock levels to minimize out-of-stock conditions and maintain accuracy.
• Enter and maintain inventory, replenishment, pricing, and service records in management software.
• Maintain machine appearance and merchandising standards.
