Qualifications

• 2+ years in route operations, merchandising, delivery, vending, field service, retail or related roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform basic diagnostics and light mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong computer and mobile technology skills for inventory tracking and route management.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute service routes and maintain replenishment cadence across locations.
• Restock vending machines with correct products and quantities.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and reduce stockouts.
• Enter and maintain inventory, replenishment, pricing, and service records in management software.
• Transport inventory between vending locations, warehouses, and storage areas.
• Maintain venues and professional relationships; deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform basic diagnostics and light mechanical repairs on machines.
• Ensure machines match approved pricing, assortment, and planograms.
• Maintain safety, logs, and compliance; pass background checks as required.
