Job summary

The Route Driver drives a company vehicle along an established route to deliver products or render services and maintain vending and related equipment. The Route Driver projects a professional image and builds strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence.

This is a full-time Jacksonville, IL role with advancement opportunities, training, uniforms, insurance, a 401K, and more. Prior driving and customer service experience are valued, with a valid license required.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Preferred 1–2 years in customer service; or related experience.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and distribute products for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Deliver customer satisfaction in all aspects of performance.
• Inform clients of new products or services and resolve complaints.
• Set up merchandise displays and manage sales promotion materials.
• Handle receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
