Job summary

C&S Vending in Faribault, MN is seeking a motivated Vending Route Driver to stock and service machines across the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota. You will manage inventory, rotate products for freshness, and provide excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.

Expect early starts between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM, a 45–50 hour week, and shifts ending between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. A full-time position with benefits and room for advancement is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Clean criminal and good credit history.
• Physically capable of meeting job demands.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines and micro-markets on assigned route.
• Manage inventory levels and rotate products for freshness.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Handle cash and secure deposits.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate a box truck on the route.
• Start pre-dawn shifts and complete routes within 9–10 hours.
