Job summary

Food Express Inc. seeks a Breakroom Service Representative (Vending Route Driver) in Tucker, GA. You will service vending machines and Bistro/coffee service along an established route, stocking products and logging fills on an iPad.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving history, ability to pass a drug test, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Prior iOS use and strong customer communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Proficient use of iOS apps and Apple devices.
• Ability to stay organized and sorted.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders by driving to accounts and stocking vending machines or Bistro/Cood service.
• Obtain accurate fill records.
• Retrieve damaged or out-of-date product from accounts.
• Log fills, stales, and damages in handheld devices.
• Resolve customer complaints or forward to appropriate team.
• Report machine issues to Customer Care.
• Maintain vehicle through routine checks and safe operation.
• Follow policies and local driving regulations.

Job Title: Breakroom Service Representatives (Vending Route Driver)

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Tucker, GA

Summary: Servicing of Vending Machines and Bistro’s on an established Route.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Deliver orders by driving to accounts; unloading order, stocking vending machine/Bistro or Coffee Service.
• Obtains accurate fill records.
• Retrieves damaged or out of date product from account.
• Accurately log all fills, stales, damages and collects into handheld/Ipad
• Serves customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding all complaints.
• Report all machine issues to Customer Care.
• Keeps vehicle operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, scheduling repairs.
• Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operatonal policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations.
