Keurig Dr Pepper in Dallas is seeking a Vending Coordinator to manage equipment data, stock transport orders, and asset information, ensuring accurate installation and removal records. This full‑time role supports service coordination with sales and branch teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 1 year experience with an automated warehouse management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity as it relates to installation and removal of equipment.
• Process and update Rental contracts and lease / loan agreements for all accounts.
• Perform monthly reporting of Cold Drink activity to KDP Management.
• Maintain SAP Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM).
• Communicate with customer and/or sales to schedule service call activity and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with branch employees regarding EMO transactions and contractual issues.
• Manage multiple projects on across multiple platforms of data management systems.
• Research EMO process and identify mistakes.
• Provide correction to all incorrect paperwork.
• Manage workflow to meet strict reporting deadlines.
