Qualifications

• Professional vehicle wrapping, vinyl, window film, or architectural film installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vinyl, adhesives, wet-application films, solar films, security films, architectural finishes, surface preparation, heat application, trimming, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to perform surveys and read measurements, scaled drawings, elevations, artwork proofs, and instructions.
• Strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, lettering, decals, wall vinyl, window graphics, and architectural resurfacing films such as 3M DI-NOC.
• Perform site surveys to verify dimensions, substrates, surface conditions, placement, access, equipment needs, and installation requirements; provide clear photos and field notes.
• Review job jackets, approved artwork, measurements, and installation instructions before beginning work.
• Inspect and prepare vehicles and surfaces; clean, degrease, remove adhesive or existing vinyl, and remove/reinstall appropriate trim as needed.
• Measure, align, apply, heat, stretch, squeegee, trim, seal, and finish materials according to manufacturer recommendations and LSI quality standards.
• Complete wet installations of solar film, security film, decorative window film, and related glass applications while controlling dust, moisture, edges, and finish quality.
• Safely use knives, heat guns, squeegees, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, hand tools, and power tools; inspect completed work, correct defects, and protect customer property.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in production areas and at indoor or outdoor client sites, with possible exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, water, adhesives, cleaning solutions, vehicle exhaust, and active construction.
• Early mornings, evenings, weekends, overtime, travel, and work from ladders or lifts may occasionally be required to meet project schedules.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods; bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, work overhead, climb ladders, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and color recognition are required.
