Job summary

GLS North America Upfitters, LLC is seeking a Porter to support the day-to-day operations of our vehicle upfitting facility. You will safely move, stage, and organize vehicles, coordinate with technicians, and help maintain an efficient flow through the upfit process.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. Starting pay is $16 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and a culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and move vehicles throughout the facility and parking areas.
• Stage vehicles in the appropriate location based on work assignments and production priorities.
• Move vehicles into and out of technician work areas as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are positioned and ready for Automotive Upfit Technicians to begin assigned work.
• Move completed vehicles to the appropriate staging area after upfit work.
• Assist with maintaining an organized vehicle flow throughout the facility.
• Follow all vehicle handling, safety, and company procedures.
