Road & Rail Services is hiring for a Vehicle Unloader – Entry-Level Automotive Yard in Pearland, TX. The role is full-time and outdoors, moving new vehicles from railcars and preparing them for transport.

No prior automotive or rail experience is required, making it a hands-on start in automotive logistics. Responsibilities include unloading vehicles safely, inspecting for damage, following routes, and teamwork to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Ability to drive automatic-transmission vehicles.
• Able to climb ladders up to 16 feet and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to vehicle safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Road & Rail Services is hiring dependable Vehicle Unloaders to safely move new vehicles from railcars and prepare them for transportation to their next destination.

This active, outdoor position is a good fit for someone who enjoys driving, working as part of a team, and staying physically active throughout the shift. Previous automotive or rail experience is not required.

What You Will Do
