Henley Enterprises, Inc. is hiring at our Milford, DE locations to join the Valvoline Instant Oil Change team. The role offers full-time hours with paid training and the opportunity to advance. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, and light maintenance, while delivering excellent customer service. DailyPay is available, and benefits include vacation, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
