Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and prep vehicles for service.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Document work performed and ensure proper safety checks.
• Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned.
