Job summary

America's Car-Mart is seeking a Loss Recovery Agent to help dealerships recover vehicles from customers who have skipped payments or are in bankruptcy. The role involves coordinating with recovery agents and using skip tracing to locate accounts.

You will process helpdesk tickets, provide agent lists, and maintain knowledge of state repossession rules while supporting the collections team. Rogers, AR is the work location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in asset recovery, debt collection, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process Helpdesk tickets for the Collections department.
• Provide lists of approved agents to dealerships for vehicle recovery.
• Utilize third-party platforms to locate and recover customer vehicles.
• Update customer information through skip tracing efforts.
• Communicate with dealerships on recovery outcomes and impounded vehicles.
• Maintain up-to-date repossession and tow notice knowledge by state.
• Train staff on best practices in vehicle recovery.
