The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Engineering, and operations, with a focus on profitability and continuous process improvements in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in business case analysis and NPV.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Budgeting, forecasting, capex, financial trend analysis.
• Experience presenting to senior management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated with leadership and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own program financial control from approval to SOP.
• Prepare financial business cases using KPI analysis.
• Report program financial position to senior management.
• Compile vehicle margin inputs including costs and investments.
• Develop and standardize program financial reporting.
