Job summary

INTEGRO is seeking individuals to join our dealership team in Maryland as vehicle detailers and lot attendants. You will wash, prep, and detail both new and used vehicles, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for customers.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused attitude. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for growth and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive/park vehicles.
• Pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail vehicles, exterior and interior.
• Print and apply marketing materials and vehicle info.
• Check tire pressure and top up fluids as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and report to manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and support teammates.
• Follow safety instructions and company policies.
• Assist with other duties as required by location.

Overview of this position's responsibilities:

• Clean/wash exterior and interior of vehicles, including washing cars applying exterior and interior protectants
• Printing and applying marketing or vehicle information
• Checking and filling tire pressure
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and communicate all defects to the manager
• Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety instructions and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and work with your team to ensure all customer needs are met
• Other duties may be assigned based on location requirements

This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.
